When submitting an RFP, please remember to include:
Group Information
- Client group name
- Company address
- Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code
- Current plan design and rates
- Census (Text or Excel layout)
- Experience (required for groups over 200 lives)
Broker/Producer Information
- Company name
- Contact name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email adress
Turnaround time for RFP's is typically five (5) business days. The proposal with rate pages showing the requested plan design and benefit page will be forwarded to you.
